About
Now known as Doswell, the village of Hanover Junction was an important railroad stop during the Civil War. General Robert E. Lee relied on the supplies carried to Hanover Junction as he progressed the Seven Days Campaign and other battles during the war. Today, it is still a quaint village with history to explore. The eastern end of Doswell is home to Kings Dominion and Meadow Event Park.
